No matter what your situation or preference London has an activity for you. Restaurants, concerts and festivals are all at our doorstep here.

I think this category is where London really earns the moniker, biggest little city! In London, you’re going to have access to world-class entertainment but at a fraction of the price.

Food and Drink

London easily has more than 100 restaurants ranging from cozy diners to world class fine dining. We even have our own food blogger the Ethical Gourmet Bryan Lavery.

Geographically, London is situated in the middle of an agricultural paradise! A short drive outside the city and you’ll be surrounded by small food producers like Heeman’s Strawberry Farm. Chefs love this because it gives them access to fresh local ingredients to work with.

Canadians love their coffee! The same is true for Londoners, but in this city franchise cafes aren’t your only option. Every neighborhood will have its own independent cafe serving up something special.

And of course there is London’s legendary bar and nightclub scene. I’m a little bit removed from this industry but the young people tell me it’s top notch.

Festivals

Listing all of London’s festivals here isn’t possible. You would be hard-pressed to find a summer weekend when London isn’t hosting a festival. From SunFest to the Food and Wine Show this city knows how to throw a party.

Concerts and Theater

London’s concert venues attract small indie acts, local legends and  A-list superstars alike. Whatever your tastes are there is a venue bringing the acts you love.

Crowds of young people can often be found lining up in front of Call the Office or London Music Hall as these smaller venues attract some of today’s hippest acts.

Looking for something a little more mainstream or family oriented? Budweiser Gardens is London’s entertainment epicenter. With a seating capacity of more than 10,000 the area is able to attract all types of performers. From professional wrestling to Disney on Ice to Jay-Z concerts the Budweiser Garden has hosted it.

We also have a thriving theater scene. The Aeolian Hall, Centennial Hall and Grand Theater are always hosting performances of some type.
